EXCHANGE PROJECT WITH BELMONT HIGH SCHOOL, GEELONG, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA

In January 2011 our school welcomed seven students and their teacher of Italian as a LOTE (Language Other than English) coming from Geelong, a nice town in the state of Victoria, Australia.

These Australian students came on January 3rd and left on 15th. They were hosted by students from class 2B ITI and class 4A LST. We are sure, as they said, they had a nice stay in BERGAMO!

Just to break the ice and to get to know each other, here are our first introductions. As our Australian friends study Italian in their school, these introductions are written both in Italian and in English.

Here are some photos of the two weeks spent together.

In July 2011 some Italian students went to Australia and stayed at Belmont High School for two weeks. They were hosted by Australian families. Here are some photos and a short video of our Aussie stay.
